原材料:米麹、大豆の煮汁、ヒマラヤンピンクソルト
容量:100ml

大豆の煮汁で作った塩麴です。
大豆のうまみを塩麴と合わせました。
普通の塩麴同様にお使いいただけます。

注意点:
品質保持の為、冷蔵庫にて保存してください。

Ingredients: Rice malt, soybean cooking water, Himalayan pink salt
Volume: 100ml

This is a salt koji flavoured with soybean juice.
The flavour of the soybeans is combined with the salt flakes.
It can be used just like regular salt koji.

Note: Keep refrigerated
